Targhee Hill Estates Phase I received Final Plat approval and subsequently recorded the plat on December 28th, 2007, now allowing the official offering of Targhee Hill Estates Homesites. 

Under all that snow of our 2007-2008 ski season, 100% of the roads have been cut and and 75% of sewer is installed, all hibernating until Spring when the remaining improvements are scheduled to continue into Summer.

The world renowned Grand Targhee Resort has recently been given its go ahead for the long awaited skiing expansion and base development, adding to the bright future of the entire Teton Basin.
